As we move towards the end of the school year, here are a few things to be aware of:
If you have not already done so, you will want to record your volunteer hours, any unfulfilled volunteer hours will billed at $20 per hour. You can do this in the Volunteer Binder in the front office or through the parent portal which you can find on our website under the Life at WSP menu at Parent Portal Login. In addition to logging volunteer hours through the WSP Parent Portal, this year you will also be able to access End of the Year Student Reports.
In order to receive your student’s reports and class photos, all tuition and fee charges must be paid. Student Reports will be ready the week of June 26.
As a reminder, we set our budget for the upcoming school year in June. After June 1, 2016 all signed agreements/contracts become binding for the 2016 – 17 school year.
Tuition payments for 2016 – 2017 will begin in July.
