December 3rd is the WSP Annual Winter Fair. Festivities will include performances from the Grades children, a marionette show, live music and winter storytelling, horse-drawn carriage rides, taffy making, felting, and a craft for the little ones. There will be a Bake Sale in the 1867 Tea Room as well as a Silent Auction in the solarium and as always the Forest Garden Shop will be open to shop for unique holiday gifts. During Winter Fair, many volunteers will be needed at the crafts tables, for serving food and for setting up and cleaning after the event. Sign up sheets for volunteering are posted outside the front office.
Winter Fair donations are still needed as well. We need your homemade *NUT FREE* baked goods dropped off at the school in the library on Friday Dec. 2nd, or first thing Saturday the 3rd if you wish to bake. Please include an ingredient list. We also need donations of popcorn and cranberry strands to help decorate the school. Lastly the Silent Auction is still in need of donations. Please include your name and the value of the item you are donating with your donation.
