Using the New Website
School communication has shifted from the long, text based newsletters of the past to a more easily accessible blog format on our redesigned website at waldorfpittsburgh.org. To access the newsletter from your email, simply click on one of the links at the top or bottom of your Newsletter highlights email, or click directly on the link to the article you wish to read.
Parents are encouraged to visit http://waldorfpittsburgh.org/calendar/ to subscribe to the school calendar. This will alert you via email any time a new event is added to the school’s calendar.
You may also subscribe, directly through the website, to Waldorf School of Pittsburgh pages on your favorite social media network, in order to receive school news, as it’s posted, as well as the complete newsletter when it is published every other Friday. Just click on the social media network of your choosing on any page on our site.
2010-2011 School Year Forms Packets
Packets will be mailed today to all families enrolled in Nursery through 5th Grade for the 2010-2011 School Year. For those families with children enrolled in the Little Friends program, these packets will be mailed at a later date by the Little Friends Coordinator. 2010 Beautification Weekend
Beautification Weekend will be held Saturday, August 21st and Sunday, Sunday August 22nd and is a great opportunity to start working on those volunteer hours. For full article visit http://waldorfpittsburgh.org/2010-beautification-weekend/
Childcare for Back to School Night

ENROLLMENT AND BUSINESS OFFICE NEWS
For those participating in Plan C Tuition Payment, the second tuition payment is due August 1st. August tuition invoices will arrive in the mail by July 15th. For full article visit http://waldorfpittsburgh.org/tuition-payments/
Little Friends and Morning Garden Tuition

Morning Garden Spaces Are Still Available
A few spaces remain in the weekly Tuesday and Wednesday Morning Garden classes and one spot remains for the transitional 2-day a week, Thursday-Friday class. Logging Volunteer Hours
The Volunteer Tracking Sheet Log Book can be found in the Front Office. Please select a page and write your family name on the top of the page. A Volunteer Tracking Sheet with your family’s name on it should be in the Volunteer Log Book at all times during the school year.
