The Waldorf School of Pittsburgh is currently seeking a violin teacher for grades 3-7 for the 2012-2013 school year. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching group lessons from the beginning level to the intermediate level, knowledge of high-quality repertoire for school-age students, the ability to demonstrate fluent playing technique, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Fourth through seventh grade violin classes meet all year between the hours of 11:00-2:00 on Tuesdays, and a grade three class will be added for the second half of the year from 11:00-11:45 on Mondays.
