When your child’s method of return transportation is changing from an established routine, please use the Transportation Change Form to inform the school of your child’s pick up schedule for that day. The form can be found on our website or copies are available at the Front Desk. Please submit the form to the Front Office by 9 am on the day the transportation change needs to occur. The Front Office will communicate the change to your child’s teacher and to the Staff on duty at dismissal that day.
