Third Grade Handwork

The third grade has made fine progress toward finishing their crocheted hats.  Each student designed a hat and then had to figure out how to make it.  Very soon the whole class will have a clever, self-designed creation suitable for next winter.  After the students finish their hats, they often choose a new project that will stretch their already fine skills.  These students are now working on knitted dolls, crocheted hacky sacks or lacework.
