The Waldorf School of Pittsburgh Community is sending its heartfelt thanks to five members of the community–Joan Rossi, Enrollment Coordinator, Daniel Peris, Trustee and Treasurer, Christopher Papa, Board President, Kira Coonley, Extended Care Coordinator, and Robyn Thomas, Teacher and AWSNA Representative–who are moving on from these positions as of June 30.
Thank you, Joan, for your passion for Waldorf education and your devotion to the school and its families. You have a gift for making Waldorf philosophy and methods accessible to those who seek it and for giving a warm welcome to all inquiring families who enter our doors. All of us are grateful for your love, dedication, and many hours of hard work.
Thank you, Dan, for your intelligence, wit, seemingly limitless energy, objectivity, willingness to listen, your appreciation for the unvarnished truth, and your generosity of spirit, time, and financial support.
Thank you Chris, for your many hours of hard work on behalf of the Waldorf School of Pittsburgh. We admire your optimism, your generous spirit, your gentle, kind soul, your willingness to listen, your respect for all points of view, your diplomacy, and your passion for Waldorf education. We are so grateful for the generous offerings of time and financial support you have given to our school.
Thank you Kira, for your passion towards the school and your devotion to the students. The kindness and care awarded to every child in your program and your continued efforts to be flexible and understanding in every situation are truly a blessing to the community.
