As re-enrollment and preparations for the 2012-2013 school year continue, many of the deadlines for the Enrollment and Business Offices will swiftly be approaching, beginning with the Financial Aid materials deadline on February 29th. In addition, this week a form will be sent to each family with a child in Nursery, Kindergarten or Grades 1-6 asking how they would like to apply their 2011-12 tuition deposit ($400). If a family’s volunteer service hours are completed and recorded for the 2011-12 school year and all the financial obligations of the enrollment contract have been fulfilled, then the deposit can be applied in several different ways:
- The 2011-12 deposit in part or entirety can be donated to the Annual Fund Drive.
- The deposit can be applied to the last tuition payment of the 2011-12 school year.
- The deposit can be rolled over for the 2012-13 school year.
Please look for a letter from your school in the daily mail and fill out the aforementioned form and return it to the Business Office. Email responses can also be sent to Laura Baker email@example.com.
