As winter nears and Jack Frost is nipping at our toes, our Transition Class is also changing into a class without parents present. This fall we worked on mandy activities together as we got to know each other and formed our class. We made grape jelly and apple butter and used them to cover our biscuits or oatmeal cookies. We also made a wooden playboard and lanterns for our Martimas Lantern Walk. Parents made pillows filled with love for their child to use at rest time.
Now we look forward, to our new season, transitioning away from having our parents during class time and learning on our own.
