ABOUT THE LEAD INSTUCTOR:
Hilary Penigar has been knitting and sewing for almost a decade. Her desire to create and design useful objects from string deepened as a way to relax while in college. Since then she has had the pleasure of teaching sewing, knitting, and quilting classes to both children and adults.
You may know her best as “Miss Hilary,” and she can often be found behind the front desk or answering doors here at the Waldorf School. She is very excited to share her knowledge of knitting and sewing creatively while having a good time!
