Grade Four Explores Pittsburgh

On the final day of summer, the fourth grade ventured downtown to experience Pittsburgh from some unique perspectives.  First, the students rode the incline to the top of Mt. Washington and spent time viewing the three rivers from this beautiful vantage point.  After their descent, the students dined beside the Bessemer Court fountain at Station Square.  Finally, Grade Four boarded the Gateway Clipper Dutchess for a sightseeing tour of the rivers.  The students traveled on all three rivers and got many great views of our glorious city.  Grade Four had a wonderful day and the trip was a great ending for the block on Local Geography.
