Help make a difference in a community member’s school year. We are asking that you become a mentor for a new, incoming family for the 2011-2012. This is a fun and easy way to obtain your volunteer hours next school year. The duties of a mentor include: contacting all new families before or by the first week the child attends school, help with a pot-luck during the New Family Orientation gathering before school begins, and staying in contact with your new family for the reminder of the school year.
