Welcome to Our School
The Waldorf School of Pittsburgh offers grades 1-5, as well as several Early Childhood programs. We’re located in Pittsburgh’s Bloomfield/ Friendship neighborhood on South Winebiddle Street (map).
We are currently accepting applications for the 2009-10 school year for the Nursery, Kindergarten, and the First through Fifth grades. We also offer an Extended Care after-school program, the Morning Garden parent-child program, and Little Friends Childcare.

Weekly Tours
Thursday morning tours begin promptly at 8:45 until 10:15. Come for an overview of our pre-K and grades program, and visit classes in session. To reserve your space, please contact Joan Rossi at 412.441.5792, extension 224 or jrossi@waldorfpittsburgh.org. Tours for adults only, please.
Winter Fair Is Approaching
Please join us on Saturday, December 5 from 11:00-4:00 for our annual Winter Fair. This is one of our biggest events of the year and is full of music, crafts, good food, and good company. The carriage rides will be back this year! Everyone is welcome.
Full-time Childcare spaces currently available!
Just a few spaces remain in our childcare program, ‘Little Friends’. Either school-day (8am-3pm) or full-day (8am-6pm) schedule is available. Program accepts children 18 months – 4 years old .

Morning Garden Parent-Child Program . . . for you and your child!
Attend our weekly parent-child program with your child (ages 2-4 years). Meet other parents and experience nurturing Waldorf early childhood education on Tuesday or Wednesday mornings. Collect engaging ideas for use at home. Classes meet from 9:30am – noon; younger siblings welcome! View application and rate information here.
