Welcome to Our School
The Waldorf School of Pittsburgh offers grades 1-5, as well as several Early Childhood programs. We’re located in Pittsburgh’s Bloomfield/ Friendship neighborhood on South Winebiddle Street (map).
We are currently accepting applications for the 2009-10 school year for the Nursery, Kindergarten, and the First through Fifth grades. We also offer an Extended Care after-school program, the Morning Garden parent-child program, and Little Friends Childcare.

Tours during summer office hours are available by contacting Joan Rossi at 412.441.5792, extension 224 or jrossi@waldorfpittsburgh.org. Our weekly ‘Windows into Waldorf’ tours of early childhood and grades classes in session will resume each Thursday morning from 8:30-10:15 in the fall.
Full- and part-time Childcare spaces currently available!
Currently registering children (18 months - 4 years) for both our full time (8am-3pm or 8am- 6pm) and part-time (8am-noon) Little Friends Childcare program. Sessions begin Monday, August 31st!

Weekly Parent-Child Program now registering for 11-week Fall session!
Attend a well-loved program with your child (2-4 years). Meet other parents and experience nurturing Waldorf early childhood education on Tuesday or Wednesday mornings beginning September 8. Classes meet from 9:30am - noon; younger siblings welcome! View application and rate information here.
